Psychiatric Expert Witness/Forensic Services

I am Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Forensic Psychiatry and Psychiatry. I completed a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), one of only a few such Fellowships in the Country.
My training included Expert Witness Civil Procedure, landmark caselaw regarding forensic expert opinions in psychiatry, such as mens rea, standards of competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility. I conducted CTST and CR evaluations at Oregon State Hospital (OSH). I am a Certified evaluator for the state of Oregon and conduct private Psychiatry Assessments. I am available to serve as a disclosed Expert or an undisclosed psychiatric expert consultant in my work with civil and criminal attorneys and prosecution as a disclosed Expert and as an undisclosed Consultant.
