Self-Pay

No insurance? No problem. Please call our office to discuss current fees. 

Scheduling

1. Call us at 503.832.9293 to leave a voicemail with your contact information and type of insurance and request to be placed on our waitlist.

2. You will be contacted by phone or email to complete an intake pre-screening to determine fit and availability

​

3. We accept the insurance plans noted above as well as self-pay. If you have an insurance out of network, you will be considered self-pay and provided with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for Out of Network reimbursement. Please ask for our fee schedule.

4. Once accepted, you will be scheduled for an intake and asked to complete our practice paperwork. If this paperwork is not completed within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled to a future date. 

​

5. Once you are established, you will be offered online scheduling through our secure patient portal. 

​

6. We offer 60 (approx 45 minute face to face interaction) and 30 (approx 25 minute face to face interaction) minute sessions
