Billing
Payments (copay and self pay) are required to be paid on the day of your appointment. Quimson Behavioral Health's policy is that individuals keep a valid credit card on file so that we may process these fees as they occur.

Deductible amounts are billed to your portal account upon claim processing by your insurance company. You are requested to pay any copay/self pay/deductible balances within 10 days of any written/verbal notification. Unpaid balances will be charged a $25 late fee with an additional $25 every 30 days the balance is not paid.
If you have specific billing concerns or questions regarding your insurance, please call our office at 503.832.9293.
