Payments (copays and self pay) are required to be paid on the day of your appointment. Quimson Behavioral Health has a policy that individuals retain a valid credit card on file to process these fees as our appointments continue to be virtual in response to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.
Deductible amounts are billed to your portal account upon claim processing by your insurance company. You are requested to pay any copay/self-pay/deductible balances within 10 business days of our sent notification. Unpaid balances will be charged a $25 late fee with additional $25 every 30 days.
