Philosophy of Care

Navigating mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but finding the right support shouldn't be. My goal is to create a compassionate, welcoming environment where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported in your healing journey.

I take a holistic approach to psychiatric care, recognizing that true mental wellness involves the whole person. Our work together will focus on thoughtful medication management, complemented by supportive therapy and evidence-based lifestyle modifications. Together, we will collaborate to find the right therapeutic regimen to help you thrive and function at your best in daily life.

As a certified Physician Associate (PA-C) specializing in psychiatry, I evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of psychiatric conditions across patients of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages.

Background & Experience

My passion for mental health began early while working as a nursing assistant on an inpatient psychiatric unit. That foundational experience reinforced my dedication to patient-centered care and led me to pursue my clinical degrees:

  • Bachelor of Science in BioHealth Sciences: Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR

  • Master of Science in PA Studies: Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN
