How We Work Together: Beyond the "Medication Check"

Healing is rarely one-dimensional. I believe in a balanced, holistic approach that goes far beyond quick medication check-ins. In our sessions, we combine thoughtful medication management, patient education, and tailored talk therapy to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

Drawing from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches, I help you gently explore thought patterns, process difficult emotions, and build practical strategies for meaningful, lasting change.

Culturally Sensitive & Affirming Care

As a BIPOC/AAPI provider who identifies as Filipina-American, I am deeply committed to offering culturally sensitive, inclusive care. I frequently partner with BIPOC clients and neurodivergent individuals (including adults with ADHD) as they navigate complex personal, familial, workplace, and geopolitical dynamics. Your lived experience matters here, and our work together will always honor your unique background and identity.
