I am a board-certified psychiatrist who employs a balanced treatment approach which can include medications, education, and talk therapy. 


I can provide education about a patient’s symptoms and discuss additional non-pharmacological treatments such as relaxation/breathing exercises.


I am also trained in talk therapy. My philosophy is to provide a supportive environment to encourage self-care. I explore thought patterns with patients as it relates to their feelings and actions. I help them process and accept these emotions in order to move toward a sense of healing and growth.


In general, the best type of patient suited for this practice would be one who is open-minded and motivated toward self-improvement.
